ABOUT
The Riot is an alternative rock band hailing from Central Pa, notorious for mixing their pop-punk sound with their punk rock roots. With their high energy performances, extensive touring experience, 'The Riot' have found their way onto larger stages such as The Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival and multiple Vans Warped Tours.
Initially comprised of members Ryan Henderson (lead vocals/guitar), Jonathan Fye (lead guitar), Brad Henderson (bass guitar), and Ryan Williams (drums) they recorded and released their introductory E.P. “Sitting Duck Syndrome” in 2010. With the release of their full-length debut album “Animation” in 2014, The Riot honed their sound and earned their identity in the music industry.
After the loss of their lead guitarist, they quickly tried recruiting local musician (Lee Fenstamaker) before unfortunately embarking on a 5 year hiatus. In 2019 they reformed and solidified their lineup by adding lead guitarist (Nathan Spangler) while continuing to write new music and eventually returning to the live music scene.
In July 2023 The Riot released their new single “Bottomless” along with a music video which was premiered by Ghost Killer Entertainment. Most recently they released their latest single and video “Unraveling.”
